The property extends over a large green area in a panoramic position with splendid views of the Gulf of Lamezia Terme as far as the Aeolian Islands, just 3 km from the center of Tropea. Numerous sports facilities, entertainment, and a Mini Club for children are available. The village consists of a main building and a series of terraced buildings housing the apartments.
