This deluxe property is entirely made up of suites spread over several low rise two storey buildings with a lagoon style swimming pool at the centre and the Marina and beach out the front..This property is part of the large Sani Resort in this area on the Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki. It is located around the picturesque Marina. It is surrounded by extensive gardens, pine forests and eucalyptus trees with a sandy beach nearby. There is a local bus service that runs to the nearby villages of Nea Fokea, Kallithea and Nea Moudania. The airport is an hour away by car. The resort also has its own complimentary shuttle service for getting to and from its facilities (restaurants, bars, shops, beaches etc).

There are three restaurants. The main one serves a rich buffet breakfast and opulent buffet dinner. Lunch is offered in the brasserie and bar by the pool. There are also many other restaurants, cafes and bars at the other sister hotels and around the marina.

Junior suites are luxuriously appointed and cover a spacious 35m2.They comprise a kitchenette with two rings and a microwave, satellite television, hair dryer, fridge, piped music, safety deposit box and air conditioning and heating. All are on the ground floor with a terrace out the front with bamboo furniture and sun loungers.
